Delivery Information

Same day shipping

If you place your order before 3pm GMT between Monday to Friday, we will ship your order that same day. Delivery time is still subject to delivery partner lead times.

Free Tracked 48 delivery offer

All UK orders with a basket total over £40 can benefit from free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. If your basket total (excluding coupons) exceeds £40 this option will be presented to you at checkout.

All EU orders with a basket total over €80 and USA orders over $100 will also qualify for Royal Mail Tracked International delivery.

UK shipping methods

We use Royal mail as our courier for UK orders. All UK orders will be sent via one of the following options that you will be presented with at checkout:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Usually 2 business days)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Usually next day)

US shipping methods

We use Royal mail as our courier for US orders. Lead times can be difficult to predict due to delays at borders.

Royal Mail International Tracked

Orders sent via Royal Mail International Tracked shipping should take on average 5-10 days to arrive. You should receive a text or email with a Royal Mail tracking link to follow your packages journey.

Orders sent via Royal Mail International Tracked shipping should take on average 3-10 days to arrive. You should receive a text or email with a Royal Mail tracking link to follow your packages journey.

 

Wholesale shipping methods

UK wholesale orders are charged at a flat rate of £6.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 and £9.95 for Tracked 24. For international customers, shipping is calculated based on order size and location. Use the shipping calculator on checkout for an accurate price.

EU tax & customs duty

We ship to the EU under the IOSS system. This means that you will be charged your local VAT rate at the point of checkout and your shipment will be exempt from customs charges.

If your order sub-total (including shipping) exceeds £135 then we are unable to process this through IOSS; this means you will not be charged VAT on checkout but the package will be stopped by customs and you will be required to pay VAT and customers duty when the package arrives in your country.

Rest-of-the-world shipping

We are able to fulfill orders to any country that is servicable by our delivery partners (which is most of the world). However we do not take responsiblity for local customs or taxes outside of the UK, US or EU. 

What to do if your order has not arrived

Once your order is shipped, you should recieve a Royal Mail Tracking code so you can track your parcel. If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order then please contact us.

Please be aware that once we have dispatched an order we are reliant on the Royal Mail delivery network. Very rarely does a package not arrive at its destination so please be patient if you are experiencing delays.

As a policy, we wait 30 days before declaring an order missing. After this time we offer our customers a replacement or full refund.

 

International Customer

If your package hasn’t arrived it is always worth checking with your local customs to see if they have held the package for any reason.

Returns Information


Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the point of purchase. Within this period, if for any reason you are not happy with the item(s) you have received then you are eligible for a full refund upon return of the item(s) to Dice Goblin.

 

Returning an item

If you would like to return an item please contact us via email at contact@dicegoblin.co.uk with your order number and item number of the product you would like to return and we will provide you with information on how to return the item to us.

Goods must be in the condition that you received them in in order to be eligible for a refund.

 

Refunds

Once we have received your returned item(s) we will email you to notify you whether your return has been approved.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges

We do not currently offer item exchanges. If you want to exchange an item you must first return for a refund before processing a new order.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
