How do I get a wholesale account?
To get access to the wholesale features of this website, you need to register for a wholesale account. Once you fill in the quick form, you will need to wait a short time for us to manually approve your request. You can either upgrade a ‘customer’ account or create a new business one.
How long does it take to get wholesale approved?
We aim to process all applications within 48 hours of submission. We need to check that your application is legitimate before we can approve it. If you have been waiting for longer, you are welcome to contact us to check the status of your application.
Why can’t I see wholesale pricing information?
Only users with wholesale account privileges can see wholesale pricing. You can register for a wholesale account if you have legitimate interest in buying and selling our products.
Where do you ship from and to?
We ship from two locations; United Kingom & United States.
From these fulfillment hubs we ship internationally. Though we do not curretnly take responsiblity for customs duties outside of the UK and US. So it is possible you will recieve a customs charge. Unfortuntely we are unable to send to the EU duties paid on any orders above €150.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our wholesale options start at 10 units per SKU. We refer to these boxes internally as “ten-boxes”. There are three tiers of discount based on cart total spend: spend £500 for 5% off, £1000 for 10% off, and £2000 for 15% off.
What display packaging comes with the dice?
All our dice come in ready-for-retail packaging as pictured on product pages. As of session #0, our dice come in unbranded outer cartons. We are currently developing our outer packaging to be placed directly onto a retail shelf if required. We are also developing further POS display options for our wholesale customers.
Do your accessories have wholesale options?
Not currently. If we find there is a demand from retailers for our accessories, we will look to expand our wholesale store products.
How much does shipping cost?
UK wholesale orders are charged at a flat rate of £6.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 and £9.95 for Tracked 24. For international customers, shipping is calculated based on order size and location. Use the shipping calculator on checkout for an accurate price.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. From our hubs in the UK and US, we can supply to most countries. We only accept customs duty responsibilities for the UK & USA.
Are your products CE and UKCA certified?
Yes, all our dice are tested and certified to meet EU and UK regulations regarding CE and UKCA certification. All our products come marked as such.
