Affiliate Agreement

By ticking this box, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following terms and conditions in relation to your participation in the Dice Goblin Ltd Affiliate Program:

Parties Involved: This agreement is made between Dice Goblin Ltd, a company registered at 15 Greatchesters, Milton Keynes, UK, MK13 0PA (“Company”), and the Affiliate.

Affiliate Program: Upon approval, the Affiliate will receive access to creative assets, custom coupons, and custom URLs provided by the Company for promotional purposes on the website https://dicegoblin.co.uk.

Referral Tracking: The Company will track sales referred by the Affiliate using the tools, URLs, and coupons provided. The Affiliate is solely responsible for ensuring that these tools are used correctly.

Commission: The Affiliate will earn a 15% commission on all referred orders, after tax and shipping have been deducted. This commission will be paid out via PayPal on a monthly basis on the 1st of each month, provided that day is a weekday.

Payment: The Affiliate must provide accurate payment details and is solely responsible for any transaction fees or charges related to the payment.

Use of Promotional Materials: The Affiliate must only use the approved promotional materials provided by the Company. Any misrepresentation of the Company or its products is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality: The Affiliate agrees to keep all information regarding the Company, its business, and the Affiliate Program confidential.

Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Liability: The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this agreement or the Affiliate Program.

Amendment: The Company reserves the right to amend or modify this agreement at any time. Any such amendments will be posted on the Company’s website, and the Affiliate’s continued participation in the program will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Milton Keynes, UK.

By ticking this box, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
